Making a complaint
We aim to provide excellent products and service at all times. However, if you need to make a complaint we will strive to rectify the problem as soon as possible. - Full details of your complaint
- Any relevant information
A copy of our complaints process is available at your request. If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may be able to take it to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
